Pearson Engineering Hosts North East Armed Forces Business Forum to Strengthen Regional Defence Collaboration

The forum brought together a range of organisations from across the region that proudly support Reservists, Veterans, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, and the families of those currently serving in the Armed Forces. It was a great opportunity to connect with like-minded employers who are committed to recognising and celebrating the value that members of the Armed Forces community bring to the workplace.

“As a Reservist and advocate for the Armed Forces community, I found the event particularly valuable. It was a privilege to showcase our facilities and share how Pearson Engineering supports defence initiatives. Most importantly, the forum encourages collaboration across defence-facing organisations and creates opportunities, not only for local businesses, but for service leavers and Veterans too.” – Pearson Engineering Reservist and representative supporting military engagement activity in the North East

At Pearson Engineering, we are proud long-term supporters of the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme, achieving GOLD status in 2020 in recognition of our ongoing commitment to the Armed Forces community. We continue to champion the recruitment of veterans, Reservists, and service family members who bring exceptional skills, experience, and dedication to our industry.
