Pearson Engineering Champions Armed Forces With Women’s North of England Select XV Sponsorship

The event brought together elite rugby talent from across the British Army, Royal Navy, and Royal Air Force, with a particular focus on units from the North of England. It served not only as a celebration of Armed Forces Day but also as a powerful demonstration of teamwork and community spirit. The funds raised from the event will help to provide vital support to current and former service members facing cancer.

As part of our ongoing commitment to support prosperity in the North East and within the wider defence community, we engaged with the busy crowd to share information on local and defence-oriented initiatives we’re actively involved in. These efforts are aimed at tackling inequality, promoting opportunity, and building stronger community links.
