Pearson Engineering is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our busy Marketing team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role with great opportunities to be involved in supporting our market engagement efforts. You’ll help us to visualise concepts for market testing in support of our R&D efforts, develop materials to support business development efforts and produce creative marketing assets in line with our brand. This role would suit someone who is interested in the engineering sector and has a passion and enthusiasm to make things happen! We are looking for ambitious and innovative people with an ability to take and interpret technical information to provide engaging visual content. You will be creative and able to illustrate story-boards, visualise product solutions and develop concepts. You will be a self-motivated individual and capable of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing and Communications the role will involve content creation, animation, video editing, photoshop, graphic layouts and helping us to tell brand stories.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing and Communications, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging online and offline content across a variety of projects. Your role will include supporting market engagement with the delivery of compelling visuals, animations, and infographics to support us to bring future focused R&D products to market more quickly, to support our business development team when addressing their stakeholders and to help us to communicate with our audiences.
This will include visualising early concepts in collaboration with our engineers and business development team, preparing content for our digital channels in partnership with our Marketing and Communications Executive and supporting artwork requirements for marketing assets.
This in-house role will provide an excellent opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects for an international audience base, working alongside a well-established and supportive team. Your work will be instrumental in helping us to test the market, to understand it and to shape what we do to deliver successful projects.
You will need to be able to establish good working relationships across the business including but not limited to, Business Development, Research & Development, and the Engineering team.
