Our Field Support Representatives provide customers with a reliable, flexible and responsive service. Pearson Engineering currently provides worldwide 24-hour, 7 days a week on call assistance in support of its military equipment and systems.
Field Support Representatives deliver a range of support services:
- Integration and assembly
- Equipment repair and maintenance (Level 1 and 2)
- Support to trials
- New Equipment Training
Whilst most field support activity is UK based, Pearson Engineering delivers support throughout the world through extended use of its Field Service Representatives to locations including Italy, Greece, UAE, India, Singapore, Chile, Kuwait, America and Afghanistan. These teams can stay for short periods to carry out New Equipment Training or for longer periods in order to undertake installation, retrofit, conversion or field modification work.
Our expert Field Support Representatives assure that our customers receive the support they need, both when and where it is needed. Field Support Representatives serve as Pearson Engineering’s ambassadors around the world and are able to provide assistance on a wide range of issues, whether technical, or operational.
