A Magnetic Signature Duplicator increases the effectiveness and survivability of countermine systems by the stand-off detonation of magnetically fused mines.

Overview

Magnetic Signature Duplicators (MSDs) add an additional layer of mine protection to other clearance and proofing devices. By replicating the effects required to detonate magnetically fused mines ahead of mechanical clearance devices they enhance the effectiveness of the overall system.

Differing versions exist to cater for various threats, and systems are available to enable an operator to change the output in accordance with the threat.

MSDs can be integrated onto any Pearson Engineering clearance equipment as required.
